hi.im past extreme pain in my legs at the time .. In now taking 15 mg at bedtime Mirtazipine and 4 more than a year, but I'm not sure if the drugs cause the pain r or not, because I have a neurological disorder, I just read on wikipidia Mirtazipine and apparently some Rare side effects include muscle and joint pain, restless legs syndrome and also .. I see my doctor Tuesday was as bad a better idea then .. Good luck
