It is always better for TB (BBT), OPK and go changing the cervical mucus, the networks. They are computer programs that standard, are not adjusted for the customer wishes. You can use as a template, but it reduces a precise date for the recording of BBT, OPK and calculated using the cervical mucus. All the best to you!
Ovulation calendars are not entirely clear from the beginning and then when you can have a history of irregular cycles off. We recommend using OPK or take your time to determine when ovulation. Best of luck TTC !!!!!!!!!!!
